This is an individual contributor responsible for seeking partnerships with telcos and manufacturers and owning these relationships.


  • You enjoy researching and targeting prospects, including MNO’s, ISP’s, MVNO’S, OEM’s and much more.
  • You thrive in hunting for sales opportunities through prospecting, consumer research and competitive analysis.
  • You manage a few handy high-level door-openers that assist in certain key markets.
  • You maintain existing partnerships while initiating new partnerships to maximize revenue.
  • You ensure an expert level of PressReader product knowledge and competitive understanding.
  • You conduct presentations and demos while strategically positioning and communicating our value proposition.
  • You develop and share winning strategies for handling objections and overcoming competition.
  • You easily build rapport with industry thought leaders and influencers, and long lasting relationships with Senior Manager or C-suite.
  • You are aware of current market trends and knowledgeable of competitor activity.
  • You develop and execute a territory plan in collaboration with the PressReader Marketing, Publishing and Hospitality teams for expanding client base.
  • You accurately forecast and manage a growing pipeline against your territory plan. And prepare and submit weekly reports to the Director of Global Hospitality.
  • You knock your acquisition and sales targets out of the park, and welcome KPI based assessment.
  • You track prospects through sales process using MS Dynamics and provide regular pipeline updates to capture all sales activity, ensure processes are met, manage your territory, ensure organization and accurately forecast sales.
  • You leverage your skills and your customers’ experience to continually evolve the sales process and evangelize our product offering.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • A creative mind with exceptional communication skills, bilingualism would be an asset.
  • A strategic thinker who is detail oriented, resourceful and astute in their approach.
  • A team player committed to process, collaboration and prioritization.
  • A passion for meeting new people and building genuine relationships and thoughtfully navigating corporate culture.
  • A hungry and driven personality with an insatiable desire to win and achieve more.
